  • Since I first tried yoga in 2005, it's grown on me. It's my passion and source of joy every day, and I so enjoy sharing it with others through practice and teaching. My foundation is the set and meditative flow of Astanga vinyasa yoga, adding Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga to deepen and balance as needed. In addition to asana (physical poses), I also enjoy regular practices of pranayama (breathwork) and other mindful practices.
  • To me, yoga is peace of mind and the mindful connection with others when sharing it.
  • Yoga has taken me to many places and introduced me to teachers and fellow yogis from near and far. Especially, I owe thanks to my main teacher Paul Dallaghan, but also very much to people like Petri Raisanen, Mikko Seppinen, Sri O.P. Tiwari, Stephen Thomas, Elisa Malinverni, Tim Miller, Michael Stone, David Swenson, Karina Helsted and Mari Nordstrøm, for their teaching and inspiration.
  • In addition to a range of workshops over the years, in 2012 I was certified from Samahita Centered Yoga, and has since furthered my education both there, at Sattva yoga and other places.


  • Astanga vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga, plus pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness meditation.

  • I often focus on breath and mindful awareness - and on creating a positive vibe and room for all to be in.

Other background

  • I'm a trained psychologist and have years of experience teaching, communicating and interacting with lots of different people in lots of different situations. In 2015, I gave up my job as Head of Division to explore life as an independent business psychologist and yoga teacher.
